Under the direction of our Head Chef Nigel Godwin, Fawsley is well known for its high standard of cuisine in both fine dining restaurant “Equilibrium” and the simpler styled "Bess's Brasserie", not forgetting delicious Afternoon Tea in the Great Hall, as well as private dining in one of the many banqueting rooms.

So what is it and why is it so special? Take a look at the menu. It's different; this food is light, sexy, yet indulgent.
Perhaps Gagnaire meets Bocuse? Not quite self taught Head Chef Godwin has worked for cooks who write books and chefs not wanting for stars.
Equilibrium has no external markings; it is discreet and intimate. Godwin loves the cooking of Santi Santamaria at Can Fabes, near Barcelona and Andoni Luis Aduriz at Mugaritz, also in Spain. 'This is where I'm at. This is my sort of food'.
Bess's Brasserie
Classic simplicity belies the high degree of technical skill used in the preparation of our menus. Open Monday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.
Starters from £4.95 and an exciting choice of main courses, including pasta, risottos, fish meat and game, means that Bess’s Brasserie offers something for everyone.
Fancy dropping in for lunch or supper, and having a quick bite to eat? You may choose one course or more. Pasta and risottos can be ordered as a starter or main course, ideal for those with a smaller appetite or wanting to save room for one or more of the delectable desserts which start from £6.25.

Fawsley Hall has an outstanding reputation for divine dining and there are now even more reasons to visit, as we are offering an exclusive mouthwatering Simply Fawsley promotion at Bess's Brasserie on our 'menu of the day'.

Equilibrium is open 5 days a week (closed Sunday and Monday). Reservations from 7pm- last reservation 9.30pm.
Bess's Brasserie
Bess's Brasserie is open 7 days a week, with lunch Reservations from 12 noon till 2.30pm and dinner reservations from 7pm- last reservation 9.30pm.
Restaurant Information
Both restaurants are open to residents and non-residents and offer a refreshing, contemporary contrast to the history of the building.
There is no dress code; we want all our guests to feel relaxed in an atmosphere of professional informality.
Dinner and Film
The Cinema at Fawsley Hall offers a great opportunity to catch a film before or after dinner. Films are shown on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at the following times:

- Saturday and Sunday - 9.30pm
